This article by Bhairavi Jhaveri explores the possible ban on anonymous blogging in UK after  the NightJack case and its possible implications on bloggers.  The article reflects my stand on the matter. I believe that the possibility of a ban is close to zero. The required infrastructure, monitoring and time required would outdo the purpose behind banning anonymous blogging.
